hey ya'll,  i've noticed that tango outside of argentina can creat somewhat of an eccentric seen.  or that it attracts eccentric people.  at least this is what i see in the few places i've been to that have a tango community out side of b.a.   how does it compare in your home towns?  and why do you think that it's that way?
